Our refund and return policy is designed to be simple, flexible, and customer-oriented. If you encounter any issues, we are here to assist you with returns or replacements under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

1. Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered (an unboxing video is required as proof).
2. Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a manufacturing defect upon receipt (video proof required).
3. Damaged Products: If the product is delivered in a damaged condition (an unboxing video is required).

Return Process

A) Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at [email protected].
• Cancellations are not allowed for specific categories, such as Cakes & Flowers with same-day or fixed-time delivery, once dispatched.
• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. If you choose to cancel after dispatch, you will be responsible for the shipping charges as outlined below: Domestic Shipping (India):
• ₹75 for 0-500 gm
• ₹150 for 500-999 gm
• ₹250 for 1-2 kg
• ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg for packages over 2 kg International Shipping:
• Refunds will cover only the product cost after deducting shipping charges.

B) Damaged Products

If the product is damaged during transit:

1. Share an unboxing video of the product within 12 hours of delivery.
2. Email the video to [email protected], and we will take immediate action.

C) Incorrect Product

If you receive the wrong product:

1. Contact us immediately via chat support or email at [email protected].
2. Share an unboxing video as proof.
3. Return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. Our support team will guide you through the return pickup process.

Shipping Charges for Returns

If the return does not meet the above conditions, we will deduct shipping charges from the refund:

Domestic Shipping (India):

• ₹75 for 0-500 gm
• ₹150 for 500-999 gm
• ₹250 for 1-2 kg
• ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg for packages over 2 kg

International Shipping:

• Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days from the date of successful return and receipt of the product in good condition at our warehouse.
• In case of any discrepancies or delays, we may request a screenshot of your bank statement for verification.
